Smurfy welcome to Bluebuddies, Sleepysmurf! Your little friend is in fact a Sign Smurf and belong to Super Smurfs group, they're Smurf figurines that come with several kinds of accessories. I also have one that I found at a boot market, His sign was broken but I intend to make him a new one some day. Here's mine:
I hope this helps! ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

Here is another variation of the box. The same 4 posters for the sign are included: Happy Smurfday, Let's Go Smurfing, I Smurf You and a blank sign for you to color yourself!

Thank you for your help
When I saw the image you posted I was pretty sure that wasn't the sign my smurf used to have.
So I search by smurf with sign and so I was able to find the sign my smurf used to have! I didn't remember it at all but when I so the pic I was pretty sure that was it.
Do you have any idea which is the reference or name of it?

There are additional Smurf figures holding yellow traffic signs as well as the one you have shown above. There are 8 different Smurfs in total. Each Smurf is marked "Schleich S W Germany Peyo (c) 79".
