I’am new here. I just start collecting smurfs whit some smurfs my grandma give me. Now I’am making a list of all the smurfs. The checklists are really helpful. But I don’t understand them completely. I miss some of the numbers in de list, like 20233 - 20399 and 20489 - 20492 and 20557 - 20699. Do these smurfs even exist?
Who can tell me more about the logic of all the numbers.
Thank you!
You're not going crazy: those sequences you named as "missing" were never produced, at least not according to the collector's guides.
The five digit numbers refer to the official product codes. As to why certain series have been skipped, I don't have that information. But in my experience it's not unheard of for companies to start with a separate sequence, sort of like purchasing a new set of checks.
