Tapper doesn't have a fanfiction story that exclusively belongs to him...not that I wouldn't consider doing one that's part of the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series that's mostly him as either the main character or the secondary focus character. Mostly he's a supporting character, and sometimes just a walk-on character like most other Smurfs. I could only wonder what would be a suitable story to write that focuses mostly on his character.
He's a bartender.
He's supposedly a Christan, or at least a spiritualist.
He acts like a counselor to his fellow Smurfs.
He sounds like Lucky the Leprechaun from Lucky Charms commercials.
Leprechauns actually drive him crazy, with Michael being the only one that doesn't.
He loves Smurfette, but doesn't push her to consider marrying him like some or most of his fellow Smurfs.
