I have some very bad news... Our Nurturer was brutally attacked late last night, by several people. I won't go into detail, but it sounds very bad... She is in the hospital and I believe she is sedated for pain. Any prayers would be muchly appreciated. Thank you and I will try to keep this thread updated.

Oh my gosh, that's TERRIBLE! How anyone could physically assault such a compassionate person is...well, I can't even imagine it. I just hope she'll be OK after this. All the best to you, Nurturer, with warm wishes for a speedy recovery.

Okay, I just heard an update about Nurturer. The doctors said she should heal up just fine and there will be very little or no scarring. However, she has to be very careful if she tries to have any children in the future. I'm glad she's going to be okay, and she should be back before we know it. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

Hello. A friend of Nurturer that is staying with her, read this thread to her. Here was her response:
"it truly warms my heart that they have expressed concern, well wishes, and prayers for me. i love them, every one of them!"
Oh, and 4 of the 5 attackers have been caught. Authorities know who the 5th attacker is and are searching.

Nice to khow about this! I got very revolted on hearing of what happened to Nurturer and prayed for her. And I hope the 5th person who took part in that shall be caught too. Such people shouldn't be called humans. Thanks, SmurfFan!!

Poor Nurturer, I hope she is getting all better enough to post more of her smurfy posts on this forum, but not just that. I hope she is better health wise to still do anything she can, just like I wish for any human being (in serious pain)! I am true about this.
Otherwise, I am glad she is turning out okay

I was the last person to talked to her on bluebuddies She said she really liked my fanfic
and then It feel weird we're both talking quite
closely on facebook.
But then no reply so I thought there's something
bad happened to her.

Great job on the card, Chloette! I'll remind her to check this thread to see it.
UPDATE:
Nurture is healing up fine. The 5th attacker and the person hiding him were both arrested. She is on a 28 day PEP regimen in case any of her attackers have HIV. After that they will determine if she caught it... And...she was given a 98% effective contraceptive to prevent her from getting pregnant. She is too weak right now to carry a baby to term.
