The first page shown: Empath is telling Papa Smurf that he can't be his true Papa Smurf, but rather some perverted old savage who lies to get what he lost. Papa Smurf gets insulted, and tells Empath that he will not stand to be treated like that. Empath calls Papa Smurf a "liar" and punches him in the face, then he looks at him and says "Great Ancestors, what have I done"?
The second page: Empath is saying, "Great Ancestors! Whoever that Smurf is, she's so beautiful" Papa Smurf is telling Empath that this is Smurfette, one of the few Smurfs that came into the village over the past few years. Smurfette just says "hello!"
The third page: "You Smurfs are nothing but a band of primitive blue-skinned savages, and the worst of it is that I happen to be born as one of you!"
Anyway, I was just thinking of how to translate my Empath novel into French by accommodating for the fact that Papa Smurf is referred to as Grand Schtroumpf in that language, so the story would have to be modified in regards to how Empath's father (who would be called Pere Schtroumpf) would get the title Grand Schtroumpf.
