This is my idea for a possible webisode story that would bring closure to the Season 9 episodes, set entirely in the cartoon show universe: as the story starts, the seventeen time-traveling Smurf characters finally make it home to their own village and time period, but something is wrong. The village is now empty, and the forest is being controlled by Gargamel, who has finally unlocked the power of the Philosopher's Stone, making him a wizard to be feared even by his godfather Lord Balthazar. The Smurfs learn from Father Time and Mother Nature that years have passed since they left their own time period, and that Gargamel has finally captured the Smurfs and used them in the creation of the Philosopher's Stone. The only way they can defeat Gargamel's plan is to go back to the point after they have been taken by the temporal whirlwind, but to do so they must now forge a new key that will control the time crystals, and the elements for forging the new key are scattered in various places. To make things worse, Gargamel isn't going to make their getting home any easier.

Great idea! I've had a couple rough ideas for a similar story rattling around in my head. I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Very smurfy indeed, VicGeorge! My only complaint would be that I had a hard time reading the dialogue before some of the scene changes... But then I can just hit pause.

One story idea that I have in mind is that while Gargamel does indeed destroy most of the Smurfs by first using them to create the Philosopher's Stone and then turning the rest into the gold -- the ones that Papa Smurf was not around to protect from Gargamel, mind you -- it ultimately doesn't make him happy, and borrowing an idea from the videogame Fable II, he seeks to accumulate power so that he can change all time to make sure the Smurfs never existed at all, reasoning that the source of his misery has always been the Smurfs and that if he could rid the world of any trace of their existence, he would be happy.

Here are some foreign language titles I have come up with: * French: Les Schtroumpfs: Le retour au village * Spanish: Los Pitufos: El Regreso a Casa * German: Die Schlümpfe: Die Heimkehr * Italian: I Puffi: il ritorno al Villaggio

You know when I first heard of this idea about a month before I eventually joined BlueBuddies, I'd thought this would be a good idea to give season 9 of the cartoon show a proper ending.
And this seems it starting to have... well not yet as I seen two parts so far. (So keep up the good work!)
The music you chose was good, and so is the animating which turned out just smurfy.

The languages that you made are (as jokey would say) funny.

Thank you for your warm welcome and if anyone else would like to be my Blue Buddie, just let me know because I would love to be friends with all you smurfs! Gee well that's very kind of you, but I guess it seems to be a little off-topic if this thread's mainly discusses about a story. (I wouldn't be too sure about this, but then thanks for a kind comment though)

Probably not for a while, as I'm in the middle of doing fan translation projects.
