I found some errors in The Magical Meanie:
2:35 to 2:37 - The Genie's eyelids are blue, as if he was wearing eye shadow;
6:17 to 6:20 - Smurfette's dress is blue instead of white, giving the impression she's with no clothes;
7:03 - When Gargamel is in the forest calling the Genie out, he holds a small basket; later (7:56) when he surprises the Smurfs in the village, the basket is much larger.
8:29 - While being slingshoted with smurfberries Gargamel is standing in front of a Smurf house which is almost big enough for him;
10:28 to 10:34 - Papa Smurf with white pants again.
10:53 - Papa was out of one carrot on his face - the one on his nose should have disappeared simultaneously with the others together.
About quality control, maybe it have happened just what Onesimos reminded. ![[Confused]](confused.gif)

Squeaky Smurf, I noticed at least two more errors in The Magical Meanie:
a) The inconsistent number of Smurfs who appeared in Gargamel's basket in the village (I will try to post screenshots of the inconsistencies latter).
b) Azrael's eyes as white instead of yellow when he stopped Brainy and Papa.
Coloring errors are common in the Season 1 episodes.

Probably these errors happened due to several details which detach some Smurfs from the others. And this also occurred on Season 2: on 1:45 in The Kaplowey Scroll Handy Smurf is not wearing his dungarees.
It's the kind of thing that may bring about much distraction. ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif)

Also, speaking of Papa Smurf with white pants... what about Smurfs with pants that are in the same color as their skin? Which makes the errors look more awkward when you see them.
Like example: Snappy's pants in the episode "Wild And Wooly"

From what I noticed such errors were so common - I wouldn't be surprised if in each episode you can find such errors like Baby in adult clothes, Brainy without glasses... (I don't remember which episodes it was) Another example - in "Swapping Smurfs" in a group of "swapped" smurfs I noticed one in a normal smurf hat...

Now some things I saw:
Generally, Smurfs' eyebrows are somehow over the hat line, instead of being below the hat or covered with it.
Common thing is inconsistency of Gargamel's size and Smurfs and their homes. Sometimes the mushroom houses do not cross the height of Gargamel's knee, and sometimes Gargamel is as tall as the Smurfs' mushroom houses.
Papa Smurf has in few scenes white pants in the episode Pussywillow Pixies.
In the episode Like It Or Smurf It, in one scene Smurfette is dressed like other Smurfs, just the grass skirt without the shells-bra.
In Baby's First Word, when Peewit on Biquette drags the cage with the Smurfs, running away from Gargamel. In a sequence when the jump over the ravine the cage is empty. Cage is also empty in a scene where Gargamel carries it inside his hovel, although it is supposed to be full of Smurfs.
In one sequence, when Smurfette holds Baby Smurf, Baby Smurf seems to be without hands. Several times in that episode, when Gargamel holds Baby Smurf in his fist, Baby Smurf looks more like an adult Smurf. In a scene when Gargamel is about to find out that Baby Smurf stinks and need diaper change, Gargamel holds crying Baby Smurf on his palm. When he bring his palm closer to his nose to smell it, Baby Smurf that was by that time only in diapers, has white pants like normal Smurfs.
In the episode Hopping Cough Smurfs, an element rarely seen. In a scene just before mountain goat is about to butt Clumsy, goat sees Clumsy from behind while he was bent. At that time, Clumsy is wagging his tail.

In season 9 episode G'Day Smoogle, as usual, the magical rainbow colored tornado drops Smurfs on the ground. Among those Smurfs are Wild Smurf and Baby Smurf that after that sequence do not appear in the episode at all. As if the scenario writers changed their mind during the making of scenario, but the sequences had already been filmed.
Coloring inconsistencies of Smurfs' color are common in many episodes. Many times one Smurf is painted in one blue color, while the Smurf besides is of other blue color. Or, the similar thing with the colors, only with one body part in one blue, while the other body part in other blue.
Wardrobe malfunction in Papa's Big Snooze. Too much underwear missing in many scenes. The drawing personnel should have drawn some kind of underwear like the turtle from that episode had, or a longer kimono or trousers like the Mouse Master. The supervisor should have warned them about that.

This is the first post I made here. I just spotted one error in another episode.
In the season 2 episode "The Stuff Dreams Are Smurfed Of", in a scene where Papa Smurf having a nightmare dealing with Gargamel, his eyes were seen briefly blue (with black pupils), as opposed to the white as most of the characters have, as shown below:

This is from the 2021 show, but...
When Bigmouth captured Jokey, Dimwitty, and Greedy, in "Smurf-Fu" an unnamed Smurf ran up to the village bell. When he was done announcing, the Smurf Fire Brigade (Clumsy abd Dimwitty) showed up, even though Dimwitty was supposed to have been at the Old Tower after being captured by Bigmouth.

And also, I just recently found out that in "The Stuff Dreams are Smurfed Of" episode, the second Gargamel clone disappear for a brief time after Papa Smurf cloned him again in his nightmare, so it's only three Gargamel clones before turned back to four.

Speaking of a character suddenly disappearing for a few seconds, in the episode where Puppy was introduced, where the puppy started to approach Papa Smurf and Baby Smurf, Brainy, who was behind the door, suddenly disappears for a few seconds at the beginning of the scene. He did reappear though a few seconds later. (Bonus: There's Puppy's snout in the same scene, despite not getting close yet)
Also, speaking of the 2021 series, in the episode "The Pluffs!", at the time where Caramel's lightning accidentally struck the Pluffs. (Caramel is Gargamel's kind counterpart from the Pluffs universe), for some reason, the Pluffs became smurfy blue in that scene as opposed to being gray skinned. (Or maybe it's because the light was too bright that they made their skin smurfy blue, I don't know)

Oh, I also noticed an another error with the 2021 series.
Well, actually I spotted a long time ago but I forgot to mention it.
In "The Makeover", at the end, when Vanity and Tailor became friends again, when they leave, Vanity's sunglasses reappear for no reason despite he no longer had his sunglasses when he fought Tailor (and Papa Smurf stopping them).

The thing with Dimwitty being in the fire truck and somewhere else at the same time in the 2021 series, this also happened in "Crashing Gargamel's Party", but this time, the fire truck ran in front of Dimwitty (and Begonia).
