I need to have some evidence that proves without a shadow of a doubt that Scruple has been mentioned as being Gargamel's nephew.

It doesn't state where exactly Scruple is first referred to as Gargamel's nephew, so it doesn't count.

We should make a list of Scruple episodes so we can watch to see what they reference.
Does anyone know an episode that features Scruple?

i remember one episode its called mummy dearest and it has the Egyptian version of scruple,gargemel and azrel

There's STILL NOTHING in it that proves the claimed uncle-nephew relationship between the two.

None of the episodes I've seen has confirmed it to be so.
He was a kid who got expelled from Wizard School and The Wizard Teachers forced him on Ol' Gargy as you all know. Neither were happy about the arrangement.

As far as I can remember, there had been no episode of Gargamel and Scruple being related. It had always been a Wizard and apprentice relationship with them.
I also remember during the first part of season six Scruple thought Gargamel was crazy for thinking there were such things as Smurfs existing, that is right up till he actually saw some sometime later in the first half of season six, lol.
