I've been looking for the past 2 hours and can't seem to ID this guy. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thank you for your help.

Your little friend is a Super Smurf!
40216 Fireman Super Smurf
The ID number is 4.0216
The ID name is Fireman Smurf
He is a firefighter (missing his hose and barrel). There are two color variations of the Fireman Smurf - one has a yellow shirt and the other has a black shirt.
He can actually squirt water out of his hose!

Awesome! I thought he looked like a fireman when I first picked him up, but I saw the regular smurf fireman photo and didn't think of the super smurfs. Thank you so much!!!
