Me too Squeaky! I saw Green Grouchy too... from that other Cartoon Network commercial where they say that Smurfs are green.

Here is the 16:9 restoration from 2020:
Cartoon Network Anniversary Tribute - 10 Years In 60 Seconds
I was very surprised to find that the master for this presentation was actually created in 16:9 aspect ratio, with all original 16:9 clips in their true formats!! It was then cropped to 4:3 for on-air broadcast. Full clip size is retained in this restoration. Quick clips celebrating the vast array of content created during the first 10 years of Cartoon Network's broadcast operation. Truly a fitting anniversary tribute.

The whole thing about "Smurfs being green" is a joke created by Cartoon Network. It's too bad there are some people who take it to be the gospel truth about the Smurfs.
