PLease someone can tell me how I can view if a I love NY Promo smurf it's genuine and nor a fake ?

I don't know the names of the web sites, but there are some that show the differences between fake and genuine Smurf figurines.

Hullo, Andrea! I looked at the Promo Smurfs section (it's in the figurine box link: http://bluebuddies.com/smurf_figurines/ ) and I didn't find the 'I love' one. Do you have any photos of it? It would be very helpful if we could see them. The link has a section about fake Smurfs too! ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

You can see the "I Love NY" Smurf in the promotional smurfs section - click here.
Apparently, the I love NY Smurfs that have Hong Kong markings are considered the fake ones. They are fake because they are basically a repainted "#1 Teacher" Smurf (who also hold the red apple)

"Hello, from where you have this wrong information, if you saw a I Love NY with Schleich w-germany 1982 than is this smurf a fake, 1983 was the only time they where produced. my Grandpa bought this smurf 1983. he was a big smurf fan and i am 100% sure that he 1983 bought no FAKE. If you think my smurfs ar fakes , do not bet! best regards."
