this is a story i wrote where the smurfs meet tinkerbell and a few characters i made up myself.
Decription
Tinker bell, Drift Drop, Sapphire and Twinkle Puff Get left behind on the main land. While trying to get home the come across the Smurf village. Things get a bit romantic and emotional. (Sapphire is and animal fairy, Drift Drop is a water fairy and Twinkle Puff is a Tinker)

The Arrival in Smurf Village
Tinker Bell and her Friends search for a long time trying to find a place to stay. “Look at that tiny village” Sapphire points out a village full of mushroom houses. “Lets see if the residents will let us stay until The other fairies find us” Tinker Bell offers. Everyone agrees and moves toward the village. Twinkle Puff spots a blue creature wearing a white hat with a pencil behind his ear.
“Hi there” Twinkle puff greets the creature. “who are you?” He cautiously asks the group of pixies. “I’m twinkle puff, beside me is Drift Drop and on my other side is Sapphire and beside Sapphire is Tinker Bell” Twinkle Puff introduces. “We were looking for a place to stay until the other fairies find us.” Sapphire explains. “I’m sure Papa Smurf wouldn’t mind” Said the Smurf. “OH, and by the way my name is Handy” He adds. Twinkle Puff smiles politely.
After a Week in Smurf Village . . .
Handy has enjoyed Tinker Bell and Twinkle Puffs help with fixing things and helping with his new inventions. He was starting to develop a crush on twinkle puff. Twinkle Puff seemed to enjoy helping Handy while tinker bell would fuss over trying to get home.
Hefty Admired Sapphires tom-boy attitude. She attempted to show him how to teach baby birds to fly but he refused. “Don’t you want to see how they learn?” She questions. Hefty sighs before he answers “I’m afraid of heights”
“every ones afraid of something” Sapphire explains. “?Would you believe I’m afraid of spiders” she adds. “Even after all the animals you deal with?” he questions. She nods her head as if to say yes.
Drift Drop goes alone not knowing she is being followed she practices putting dew drops on the spider webs. She hears a noise coming from the bushes. She spots a blue figure. She rushes over “I HATE being caught” said Grouchy. She smiles at him. “Would you like me to show you how I make ripples in the pond or even a wave?” Drift Drop asks him. “NO” he grumbles as he runs off.
The Next Morning . . .
Twinkle Puff wakes up she feels rather odd. She doesn’t want to leave smurf village. She wants to stay in the main land with Handy. She knows that she will never have another reason to go to the main land. She’s a tinker and tinkers work is in pixie hollow. She knows that soon the other fairies will come looking for her and the others.
Grouchy and Drift Drop have slowly started to fall for each other too. He finally gave in to her showing him how she makes ripples and waves. He smiles as the couple walk back to the village. She takes his hand. He can’t help but blush.
As Hefty is enjoying His Jog he spots Sapphire with her hair down. She looks really Pretty. He stops to greet her. She smiles and waves. She notices that Hefty looks nervous. Hefty is never nervous when she’s talking to him. Soon she starts to feel nervous. She is unsure what to say to him. Instead she just leans in and kisses his cheek. He smiles before running his fingers through her hair.
Another Week Later . . .
As predicted some fairies arrive at the village looking for Tinker Bell,Sapphire, Drift Drop, and Twinkle Puff. Twinkle Puff is upset that she has to return to pixie hollow. Unsure of what to do She runs away when nobody is looking. Handy Informs Papa Smurf. “we have to find her” Papa smurf commands as he counts out search parties.
Somewhere in The Forest . . .
Handy and his group search for Twinkle Puff. He spots someone crying in the bushes. “Did you find her?” Hefty asks. “Uh, no go on I’ll catch up in a second” Handy responds crawling over to Twinkle Puff. “What’s wrong Twinkle Puff?” he questions. He seemed to startle her. “I don’t want to leave” she slowly responds. “You can always visit next year” Handy offers. “NO, I can’t because once I leave I won’t come back, I’m a Tinker and tinkers don’t usually go to the main land!” she snaps. He puts one arm around her. “You have to go back to pixie hollow” he comments. “I know” she finally admits. She looks straight at him. Their faces involuntarily pull closer to each other until their lips touch. The couple walk back to the village.
Twinkle puff watches as Grouchy and Drift Drop sadly say goodbye. She spots Hefty and Sapphire, she appears to be crying. At least they have a chance to see each other next spring. She turns to Handy She watches a single tear rolls down his face. She wraps her arms around him. She is really going to miss him.
She takes off with her fairy friends as she sadly waves goodbye to her beloved Handy.

How delightful Tinker Bell and her friends meeting the Smurfs! And I also loved seeing the beginning of a fine friendship between Drift Drop and one of my favorite Smurfs. Grouchy needed really a someone to befriend! Nice work, Sammy. ![[Wild Smurf]](graemlins/Wild_Smurf.gif)
