Very good sammylurvesyou!!
This crazy video asks another question, how are Alvin and Alvin alike? It's the 50s Alvin vs the 90s Alvin!

This video is very sympathetic, Smurfy1For2, thank you very much! It was quite interesting to see both "Alvin groups" face to face! Personally I made no issue to watch the movie - in my opinion, Alvin & Chipmunks shouldn't have been rendered as well as it was done to Garfield and Scooby-Doo, in a too "realistic" way. I think comics and cartoon characters could be in 3-D animation, respecting their original features.

I totally agree, Squeaky. I'm a big fan of the good ol' Chipmunk Adventure and other such cartoons, and even though I found some parts of the new movie quite amusing, I was very disappointed at all the changes they've made to the characters, and the lack of clean humor and moral...I do so hope the Smurfs' movie will be different =\

Found a link to Mystery of the Easter Chipmunk, loads surprisingly fast, and rather good quality. Not half as good as the Chipmunk Adventure of course, but very cute I thought. Enjoy ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

In my personal opinion, I am not that much of a big fan of the Alvin & The Chipmunks franchise as far as I can tell but hey, nice comparison.
P.S. I don't usually watch Alvin & The Chipmunks.

Thanks for the link, Divine Sheep!
I never saw the 1960s Alvin and the Chipmunks or the movie, but I do like the 1980s version.

Hey, that's true - I hadn't thought of that. I always thought Raven Child's character, Brainette reminded me a little of Jeanette. (Although maybe more in name and appearance than personality.)

Maybe Klutzette as Eleanor and... Valvette as Brittany? I don't know, maybe that's a stretch.
Actually, I think there are bits of Jeanette *and* Eleanor in Klutzette...
S.H. Brainy, you crack me up. I give it a 10.
