I gave my old black Nintendo 64 to somebody who paid me $50 for it used -- he got a really good deal on it, considering I also threw in Super Mario 64 and a second controller, plus I have left the Expansion Pak in it -- and what do I end up doing? Getting myself a new translucent blue Nintendo 64!

Now all you need is the matching iMac...

I think they sell replacement blue translucent cases for the Playstation as well - I've been thinking of that for awhile now...

Now you can get a translucent blue ZIP drive to hook up to a N64 cartridge copier if you wanted a truly color-coordinated system.

So why'd you give up the 64 in the first place?

Man... I could never give up my favorite high-tech system...The Coleco ADAM.

I confess the truth -- I gave up my older Nintendo 64 just to get my hands on the blue Nintendo 64.

Want to know something even funnier than that? My brother got me a translucent blue PC CPU casing at a computer show recently. And sometime afterward, I bought a matching-colored mouse to go with it. Now I just need the keyboard and the monitor to be the same color, and I could have myself an iPC!

You know, when I saw the title of this I thought this topic was going to be a lot more exiting than it is.

Sorry to disappoint you, Party Smurf. At present, I no longer own either the Nintendo 64 or the PC casing. The only "blue thing" that I own of that sort is a blue Gameboy Advance SP.

Hi Vic!

I almost went for the blue Gameboy Advance SP, but the silver/platinum one just kept calling to me. I bought it just to play Revenge of the Smurfs, so I guess that makes up for the lack of blue.

Party Smurf,

What, pray-tell, is more exciting than reading about electronics on a Saturday night?

Still haven't seen Revenge Of The Smurfs being sold domestically.
