Here's an original character I created, Preacher Smurf, who makes a key appearance in my upcoming 5th chapter of Speedy Smurf and the Autosmurfic Wheelsmurfer. Following that is a color version of the title pic for said chapter.

My newest drawing depicts a "hate-love relationship" these two developed at the end of The Smurfs 2, even if Grouchy won't admit to it. But they really are two of a kind. One just happens to be cuter.

Actually, it's implied at the very end of "Smurfs 2" when Vexy makes like "American Bandstand" and lip-synchs the Britney Spears tune "Ooh La La", as seen in this clip:

Grouchy's reaction in my drawing is taken directly from the Hanna-Barbera TV episode "The Smurfette", where our favorite curmudgeon says that he loves the little lady, but hates talking about it.
Should there be a "Smurfs 3" or more 2D animated DVD's, I think this could be a cute side story.

I agree that their should be a smurfs 3 and/or more 2D animated DVDs. I also remember that episode especially since I have the first season on DVD

Here's a first look at my newest Smurfs fan comic story, "Brownie Points", where I poke fun at myself and my decision to make Vexy's hair brown instead of brunette in my DeviantArt cartoons.
It apparently upset some devoted Smurf fans, and so I decided to take my smurf (er, medicine) and make the little tomboy proper-like with the black hair and blue streaks. Meanwhile, Gargamel is cooking up some mischief to take down his former mischief-maker with her own powers.
