One of my other "created soundtracks" is a 2-disc CDR compilation called Story Of The Elder, a collection of songs from the rock group KISS that include all the tracks from Music From The Elder (one of my favorite albums from this group) in addition to tunes from their other albums such as Creatures Of The Night, Carnival Of Souls, and Psycho Circus. The idea for creating this came from endlessly playing the Music From The Elder album while also playing Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time on my Nintendo 64. Interestingly, both that album from 1981 and the game from 1998 have the same basic theme -- a young boy is called upon by greater forces controlling his destiny to defeat an evil powerful force bent on controlling or destroying everything that exists. The only thing I haven't fully added to this "soundtrack" is any sound effects like a horse galloping or swords clashing or anything medieval-related, like how Pink Floyd's The Wall album used sound effects to convey its story through music. It is for my private use only.
