Is Screen Gems logo scary? Well, Vic, when I was very small I usually got frightened with Warner Brothers logo... It seemed to me a horrid and menacing mask! Mainly in Looney Tunes cartoons, when it gave a sensation of crossing the TV screen and trying to hypnotize me... [Eek!]
Anyway, I suppose that many people must have felt the same as I did.

Thank you very much, Smurfy1For2! [Wink]

I've just had my family take me out for dinner for my 40th birthday, and guess what appeared on the cake? This:

How about a duet in your birthday party?
(By coincidence, as I was drawing this pic I was listening to Julio Iglesias singing "When You Tell Me That You Love Me", with Dolly Parton...) [Wink] [Smurfette]

Vic: nice pic...although the background is a little distracting.

Divine Sheep: I love it...a typical question that clumsy would ask [Wink]

I just noticed this reeeeally resembles another drawing I did of him...there's just something so...so CLUMSY about the way he's sitting, that's all I can think about when I draw him! oy.

Raven, you are right: the first background was really somewhat bright for the two Smurfs (I myself must have gotten distracted!), so I substituted it for a lighter one. Thanks!! [Happy Smurf]

A tad better Squeaky but in a somewhat professional opinion you may want to try a different color scheme it's still a little bright [Smile] It's a great drawing of Empath and Smurfette, Btw [Wink] I like Smurfette's outfit [Big Grin]

Squeaky: It's "Smurfing With The Stars"...or it's "The Empath And Smurfette Show!" Good job on handling Empath.

This is the design as it appeared on the birthday cake:
 -
The original version of the design is this:
 -
...which is based off the cover of a Smurfs activities book featuring Papa Smurf in the same pose, writing in a book.

BTW, the Clumsy in the image looks like he's trying to hold his "water" in, if you know what I mean by that!

My family ate a Smurf! And I was responsible for its dissection...though the only part of the cake I ate was the one where my name was on it, since I tend to eat birthday cakes that way.
