Just thinking of listing various episodes that featured Smurf characters dressing as the opposite gender:
1. The Smurfette
Smurfette disguises herself as a (male) masked Lone Smurf.
2. Smurfette For A Day
Hefty dresses himself as Smurfette.
3. Handy's Window-Vision
Clumsy(?) is dressed up Boy George-style appearing on Smurfette's window-vision fashion program.

I don't know if this counts, but one episode had a scene in which Brainy was trying out some of Papa Smurf's spells, and one turned him into Smurfette, complete with glasses.
I have no idea what the episode was called, and it's been a while since I saw it.
