92 years old? Wow! And to think she was doing Smurfette's voice in her 60's and 70's! I still don't like the overly weepy Smurfette of the cartoon show. The Smurfette of my EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf short stories would be more like Lucille Bliss' vocal interpretation having something like the personality of Loretta Swit's Major Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan in the later seasons of M*A*S*H.

By the end of March, it's hard to believe Lucille Bliss will be 92 years of age. God bless her. Same to June Foray.

I got my birthday card for Lucille Bliss sent out on Wednesday. I also put in a few photos and a two page letter that I typed out and put in the card. I hope she sees them. Has anyone else done this yet? Her birthday is in a few days now.
