It's bootleg and crap. I've seen this site posted here before and according to a few of the other members here they said the copies from this site are pretty bad. I wouldn't trust it.

That site is not only lying to you, but it's one of several off-shore sites that steals your credit card info. Most of those bootleg DVD sites are that way. About 90% of them steal your money or credit info, and 100% of them are lying to you and handing out garbage (if anything at all). The 13-disc set is trash made about 6 years ago by a fan that had zero video skills.

I now have two copies of the 13-disc collection, and the first set cost me half as much at a different site than it did at DVDCollections, though with slightly crappier packaging. At least the site that I got the first copy from wasn't lying about the actual number of episodes contained in the collection. And so the wait continues.
