Does anyone know the name of the Smurf with the Irish accent? I saw him in the episode that the Smurfs built a "rail smurf" to drive a train on. He had a candle on his head, and a green hat. His job was to stoke the coal stove on the train, and he had an outrageous Irish accent. It's great

Do you mean Minor Smurf? He had a candle on his head and had a thick Scottish accent, he also carried around a minor's pick. He was actually voiced by a Scot also, Allan Young, who also played Wilber from Mr. Ed. No green hat, though. Perhaps he had a green hat in this one episode only? The only other Smuf with a green hat was Wild Smurf (who happens to be the smurf in the smily you posted above, but he had no accent at all because he didn't talk other than making sounds since he grew up in the forest raised by the animals. I'm guessing these are the Smurfs you are thinking of?

Tapper Smurf from my EMPATH stories would be the Smurf with the Irish accent.
