Who is Party Smurf (top left)?
He looks a little like Vanity with the flower on his hat.

I'm not sure who Party Smurf is but he looks happy and like he is having a good time! He does remind me of Vanity too... but would Vanity ever be caught without his mirror? LOL! But I do think Vanity might wear that spiffy sweater...
I love when they show the smurfs in different clothing - especially their swimming trunks! Too cute!

I have never seen Party Smurf before, but he sure does look like he's having a good time! It's the Masked Smurf too! Cool.

"Party Smurf" is from The Smurfs and the Egg comic, which is album #5. He is not named, but he acts like Vanity, detailing how exactly he wants to look, and being very fancy and showy. It could very well be Vanity. He wishes, among other things, for a flower, and Vanity in Peyo's comics has worn a yellow flower in album #3 (or #4, if you count the Johan & Peewit album The Flute With Six Smurfs as a Smurfs album proper) The Smurfette, and subsequent albums #7 The Astrosmurf and #8 The Smurfs Apprentice, possibly more, I haven't had the pleasure to read them all.
In the cartoon adaptation of The Smurfs and The Egg, retitled simply The Magic Egg, it is Smurfette who changes her appearance, in a similar but different means to Vanity(?) including the floral motif. Still comical, much less elaborate.

I wouldn't count the original comic book version of The Smurfs And The Magic Flute, because the only distinctive Smurf character that was in the story was Papa Smurf. Every other Smurf was just part of the faceless (and at the time nameless) masses.
