Hey all...this is so cool, I didn't even know that there was a whole community for the SMURFS...does anyone know where or how I can find one of the old Smurf View master theatre projectors?
I had one as a kid and I am dying to get one.

Is this the Smurf Projector you had as a kid?

That must have been really fun. I had the classic little red view-master you put up to your eye, but seeing one that projected on the wall... that's just too smurfy!
I agree with pudgy's advice - that's probably a good place to look.
Good luck on your search & happy view-mastering in the future!

I loved those things when I was a kid -- particularly the slide film version. I tried doing some of my own projector slides by copying images from a Sad Sack comic book by hand using a permanent felt-tip marker.

Cool! I had one of the wall projectors when I was younger, it was the coolest thing. Sadly, I did not have any Smurf reels. I also agree with what they said, Ebay is a good place for finding just about anything.

Hi, everyone! Something really cool happened today! My Dad and I went to a Bealls' outlet store in Jacksonville, and on one shelf there was a Smurfs Time Capsule View-Master! I was low on cash, so my Dad helped me buy it!

I know exactly how you felt! They just don't sell Smurf stuff here anywhere. About a year ago I saw the Smurf view-master at my local Target and just about screamed. For just a moment I thought they might bring back the Smurfs to the US stores. We can all dream sometimes, right?

I share your opinion MaskedPieSmurfer, in a place where i live there aren`t any stores where i could get some smurfy stuff. You know what, this might be strange. The Smurfs are very popular and the whole world loves them, so how is it possible that you can`t get any smurfy items anywhere ?
