June Foray, the voice of Jokey Smurf from the Smurfs cartoon show, has just passed away.

No way...what a sad day...I mean I just looked up how she's doing now and she's about to turn 100 this September...Rest in Peace my sweet lady.
The last of her kind...is no more...
Why is it always me who starts to think of someone and when I think about them hard enough they just died?
Sorry if this going to sound rude but this has been quite pattern for me for awhile now,all my heroes,artists that inspired me including my golf mentor in spirit are all but dead in the past few years.
Now June will have some great time entertaining my teacher Mike Austin and Mike Dunaway and Maurice White we'll be singing September in welcoming her...

By coincidence, I watched some Smurf episodes featuring Jokey yesterday *...
* Masked Pie Smurfer, Jokey's Funny Bone and Smurf A Mile In My Shoes.
RIP, Ms. Foray, you'll be heartily missed not only by the Smurfs' fans but also other cartoon characters' ones. ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

Actually I just bought Smurfs The Lost Village Blu-Ray yesterday and just after I finished watching I going straight to Bluebuddies only to see this article...that was an emotional yesterday's afternoon...
