Hi Jubean,
Welcome to BlueBuddies!
 Mechanic Smurf with Wrench #20012
I think your Handy Smurf figure is a Rohling or Raw Smurf. Raw Smurfs are solid color Smurfs that have not been painted or are only partially painted.
When authentic Smurfs were made, first a solid color pvc filled the mold and then the figures were hand-painted. Some of the figures were never fully painted.
Some examples of well known Solid Smurfs are Waldbaur Smurfs and INA Smurfs.
The unlicensed or fake solid color Smurfs tend to be poor quality. The mold lines or seams are visible. The rubber / plastic just feels funny (not at all like an authentic Smurf). The Mexican Smurf figures would be an example.

Hope this helps! ![[Happy Smurf]](graemlins/Happy_Smurf.gif)

Raw Smurfs are not part of the regular checklist so that is why you didn't see it there.
You can, however, add your solid blue Smurf to your own checklist by using the "notes" function for Mechanic Smurf 20012!

Good Luck!

What a fantastic forum! Thank you all so much for your answers and tips!
My mum kept all of my old smurfs from the 1970-1980ies. We just found them and seeing them again has been wonderful! My kids absolutely love them too...
