Christina Ricci is an award-winning actress known for her choice of interesting and challenging roles.
Christina made her film debut at nine years old in the movie Mermaids starring Cher. Christina came to the general public's attention playing "Wednesday Addams" in the two popular Addams Family films in the early 1990s. Since then, she has starred in notable films such as The Ice Storm, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and the Charlize Theron film Monster.
In the Smurfs 2, Christina Ricci plays the role of a newcomer, one of The Naughties known as Vexy. |

* Suffers from botanophobia (fear of plants). In addition to being afraid of houseplants, she is scared of gerbils and ghosts.
* Starred in the movie Casper - a movie about a friendly ghost.
* Has several tattoos (lion, Edward Gorey figure, praying hands, name "Jack" for her dead pet, sparrow, mermaid, words "Move or Bleed" and bouquet of sweet pea).
* The lion tattoo on her right shoulder blade is a reference to "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe", her favorite childhood novel. |
