The Smurfs & Co, developed by Ubisoft and integrated with Facebook, is a free-to-play Adobe Flash browser-based strategy and economic game similar to FarmVille and FrontierVille. You, as a Smurf or Smurfette, build and expand your own village, customize its appearance, and engage with friends by exchanging items, serums, and gifts.
While the game is free, players can optionally use Facebook Credits to accelerate their progress.
Although The Smurfs & Co is aimed at everyone, Facebook account holders are technically required to be over thirteen years old.
The Story
Gargamel has discovered the secret location of the Smurf Village, and it’s up to you to assist Papa Smurf in crafting a special potion to erase Gargamel's memory! Embark on a journey to build unique and elaborate towns in various locations to uncover the crucial ingredients for this magical potion.
Journey and Village Life
Beginning in the forest, you'll clear away weeds, shrubs, and thorns to establish your very own thriving town. Build fantastic workshops, unique buildings, and charming decorations. As your towns become more joyous, famous Smurfs will visit you, offering exciting quests. Collaborate with your friends to help each other throughout this grand adventure! The main objective is to aid Papa Smurf to create his potion and make Gargamel forget where the village of Smurfs is.
Your efforts are constantly guided by Papa Smurf, who sets a variety of objectives for you to achieve. As you progress, you will expand your village, tend to its inhabitants, and connect with your Facebook friends. Each action requires energy, which replenishes over time.
Town Building: Craft Your Smurfy Paradise- Build and Customize: Construct your Smurf Town from the ground up, adding residences and entertainment to boost the happiness of your Smurfs.
- Attract Famous Smurfs: Make your town well-known to attract famous Smurfs who will provide contributions so you can develop additional towns in various locales.
- Gather, Build and Grow: Plan your town's layout to maximize the Smurfs' happiness, leading to more Smurf Coins and resources. Shop for new items, supply structures, and build new attractions to keep the population growing and your economy thriving.
Famous Smurfs and Collaboration:- Meet Iconic Characters: Over 30 Smurfs are available at launch, including Handy Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Hefty Smurf, Smurfette, and more. Each Smurf provides new options that incentivize your economy and the happiness of the other Smurfs.
- Connect with Neighbors: Invite friends to play and construct their own dream Smurf towns. Offer assistance by helping them secure more energy, decorations, and items. Send gifts to finish building projects or by clearing land for expansion. Helping friends has many rewards for your own growth and provides even more things to share!
