Hi, i always liked the Smurf cartoon, but outgrew it, sort of. But when i saw Jakks microvillage, i went a little crazy, trying to get them all. For some reason, i refuse to have anything to do with the clown, he just doesnt seem to belong. The sMe with the beach set. But i was never able to get the farmer house or miners mine, which really bugs me. Then i asked my husband if he could make me more grass plates, since he works with laser etchers and cutters, he did finally make me some and this caused me to dig out my collection again, and start playing.
Now please dont be mad at me, i am not one of those collectors that keeps everything in its original packaging, and since i had duplicate figurines, i felt the need to make them different. 2 papa smurfs are now 1 papa smirf and one uncle smurf with white pants. Did you know you could take off their bottom parts and switch them around? Three smurfettes are now 1 smurfette, one brunette (i painted her hair) and one Hazel who is a witch now
