It's The Smurfs Busy Book! Here is a fun Smurf box set with a 10 page board book that includes 12 figurines and a plastic play mat. The actual title is called, "The Smurfs - My Busy Books". It's published by Phidal.

I've seen The Smurfs Busy Books in several stores...
There are more Busy Books out there too! As you can see - My Little Pony and Monsters University. They all come with figurines and are all quite fun.

You open up the cover to reveal a 10-page storybook with colorful Smurf illustrations and cute stories. And then at the back is a huge play mat and 12 little Smurf Figurines!

And here you can see a closer look at the 12 Smurf Figures! They are really cute. Each Smurf is about 1.75 inches tall. They are made of a softer plastic. The bottom of the stand that each Smurf is on is marked, "(c) Peyo 2013".

There is another fun Smurf Book out by Phidal. It's called The Smurfs - My First Puzzle Book. It is a board book with 5 stories and puzzles!
