Sony brings The Smurfs, Tintin, and Spider-Man to Cartoon Network EMEA
After much negotiation and term-finalizing, Sony Pictures has inked a two-year deal with Turner Media Innovations that promises fans around the world lots of new animated goodies!
The deal specifically brings nine feature film releases to Cartoon Network EMEA, which runs across the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Romania, Turkey, and regions of the Middle East.
What’s included in the mix? The Smurfs movie, The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn, Arthur Christmas, The Pirates! Band of Misfits, Men in Black 3, The Amazing Spider-Man, Hotel Transylvania, Cartoonito’s The Ha! Ha! Hairies, and others!

Today I stopped by a Gothic shop where they sell novelties, hoodies, clothes and knick-knacks with cartoons on them and look what I found!
SMURF SLIPPERS!!!!!
Mom couldn't buy me those slippers because like people today, she can't stand having too much Smurfs in my house. But I want those slippers!

I love those Smurf Slippers! The little ears are soooo cute. Thanks a bunch for sharing the pictures!!!!!! What a smurfy coincidence that I saw some Smurfette Slippers just the other day... here's my photo.

So Blu-ray is coming in december.
It's only a month until i can get one for home!
Now I know the reason why The Smurfs had been pushed back to october 13 It's because of this
anime.
Doraemon: Nobita and the New Steel Troops: ~Angel Wings~
Due to release october 6 which is the previous
release date of the smurfs.
But don't blame this movie it's also one of my
most favorite cartoon/anime.
It always release around october every year in thailand.
Reason is that in october all schools in thailand
are now in the end of semester.
So it's the profitable way to release movie like
this when children actually have time to go
theater with their parents.
In the end I still watch both Doraemon first then
i watch the smurfs next week! (October 13)

The Smurfs Blu-ray
This December, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release The Smurfs on Blu-ray. The family comedy finds the Smurfs fleeing to New York City in order to escape the evil wizard Gargamel (Hank Azaria, The Simpsons Movie); once there, they make the acquaintance of a beleaguered advertising agent (Neil Patrick Harris, Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs).
The Smurfs features the vocal talents of Jonathan Winters (It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World), recording artist Katy Perry, Fred Armisen (Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy), Anton Yelchin (Star Trek), George Lopez (Valentine's Day), and Alan Cumming (The Tempest), and Jayma Mays (Paul Blart: Mall Cop) & Sofía Vergara (Modern Family) round out the human cast.
Sony delivers the film in two high-definition options - a three-disc Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy holiday gift set (one of Sony's two inaugural entries into UV service, as reported yesterday) and a two-disc Blu-ray 3D/DVD combo pack. Both versions present the film in a 1.78:1 aspect ratio with 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio sound.
However, the supplements differ somewhat between the two sets. The three-disc holiday gift features:

Some behind-the-scenes pictures of the International Mascot Corporation making Smurf Costumes for The Smurfs Movie Premiere. The designers were sure to double-check all of the measurements down to every last detail - including the size of Smurfette's nose! The company built 96 outfits for the smurfy celebration!

The smurfs is nearly arrive in Thailand just
over 2 weeks away.
Well good news is the smurfs Thai poster has arrived!
But i'm very busy this week i'll upload the pictures

I just got the movie soundtrack today and I'm currently listening to it. Very good music so far by its composer Heitor Pereira.
The Smurfs: Original Motion Picture Score
Commenting about my color alterations of Jokey Smurf in the screen capture: I like the Purple Smurf Jokey picture the best, even if it makes him look like a blueberry or Embarrassed Smurf. The Black Smurf Jokey is rather unsettling, more so with the pink-purple eyes I gave him. But I guess that would work in-universe to make the Black Smurfs seem like a threat if that incident had actually taken place in that continuity.
