I don't think a definite map ever really existed, did it?

Not sure what good a map of the Smurf Village might do, considering that the village arrangment of houses tend to be random as well as the area size of the village itself ("Blue Smurfs & Black Smurfs", for example, makes the village unrealistically small).

I think the village layout basically donut-shaped: multiple circular rows of houses offset-arranged with an open area in the middle where the well is (and that mysterious odd-shaped house--on the left).
 Odd-Shaped Smurf House
Perhaps there is an axial cross opening--so, basically, a donut with a + in the middle: ((+)) <-- crude text version
Not sure where the storehouse is--or the windmill, but it's probably on a hill near the farm, which I think is just outside the village. The River Smurf is nearby, as is the Great Oak Tree.
The village playset mat is too small and compact.
I want to create a Smurf village in Second Life (thread) but I would like to have a good idea of what the layout is first.
