***BEWARE***
I have just had a virus sent to me and it got past my up to date (up dated 5 days ago) Norton anti virus software. If you haven't updated recently I would go and do it now. There is news about the virus called BUGBEAR on the Norton site - http://www.symantec.com/
All my emails are scanned when they come in and I noticed the Norton Anti virus being switched off after opening an email (from a familiar name - another smurfer) and I was unable to restart the anti virus software after this.

I downloaded the fix from the below site and updated virus definitions so we are all clean now.

Sadly, although I preach full virus-vigilance to others, I have in the past fallen victim because of my own laziness.

I will turn auto-protect back on!
