I know of several SCCI Smurf figures that are NOT listed on this site. There was a "Good Luck Smurf" designed exclusively for the SCCI, late 1987. Limited to 100 pieces. There was also a set of "Raw Promotional Figurines" Issued by Schleich in 1989. Each set contained 3 different Raw (or unpainted) Smurf figures of different molds and colors. There were 170 of these "sets" produced by Schleich for the SCCI. I have TONS of documentation from SCCI verifying these Rare Smurfs if anyone is interested.

Hello, Randy, welcome! The Good Luck Smurf that holds an elephant doesn't show his year in the checklist, and in this link (belonging to a Belgian Smurf collector) you can see besides this figurine (other year) a set with three raw ones that you mentioned. I hope this shall help a bit.

Hello,
Nice to hear from a fellow Smurf collector. Thanks for the link. I found her website a while back and sent an inquiry but never got a response.

I have been reading through my old correspondence with Suzanne from the SCCI regarding "Raw" Smurfs (That's what she called them). It took her almost a year to get Wallace B. to agree to send her these Smurfs. He only agreed with the condition that they would be called "Promo" Smurfs.

Do you know anything about "Raw" Smurfs, SCCI issued or otherwise?

I currently have 3 sets and the certificate. I attached some pics for you from my collection.

You can see more about Raw Smurfs here. There are OMO Mini Smurfs, too, smaller than Smurf Schleich figurines. [Happy Smurf]
