Interesting article - thanks for sharing it!

Adding more smurfettes to the tradtional storyline will be interesting to see in the new movie / comics. I am eager to see if these changes work out for the better.

I'm thinking the same thing, Raven Child.

I do wonder how the new Smurfette characters will be... will they match the Smurfs in terms of personality? For example, will they make a grumpy Smurfette to match with Grouchy, a nerdy Smurfette to match with Brainy? etc...

Or maybe the new Smurfettes will be like the younger generation smurflings (ie. Sassette) with new personalities unique from any other smurf (ie Sassette is a sassy tomboy).

Anybody have suggestions for new Smurfette characters?

Diva Smurfette - who thinks that the village should revolve around her (too much like Smurfette? lol!) Maybe they will toss her through the air like they do to Brainy!

Anyway, this article just has me thinking and curious....
