It's a scene screen-captured from The Smurfs And The Magic Flute. It was originally intentioned to have Papa Smurf get sick simply by Brainy's constant talking, but as fate or fortune would have it, I ended up capturing the screen right when Brainy's finger is at his nose, giving it the impression that it's Brainy's nose-picking that's giving Papa Smurf that green feeling.
