Ive seen people ask about this but i want to know, please tell me about nanny smurf?
Who is nanny? where did she come from? is she married to grandpa smurf? why dont i see her on the cartoon i watch everyday??

According to Vic(?), she appears first in "The Lost Smurf".

Well, she doesn't appear until the 8th season, and probably not that many times after that episode, so it's not surprising most people don't know about her. I didn't until I saw eBay auctions for the Nanny figure. ![[Embarrassed]](redface.gif)

Well, Nanny and Grandpa Smurf certainly knew each other from a long time ago. I believe they once met each other when they were younger, kept company for a while, then parted ways and re-united when they are in old age. I have no idea, though, if Nanny is actually Papa Smurf's mother or not. :S

Was it ever implied that Grandpa is Papa's FATHER though? I haven't seen all the episodes--and don't remember a lot anyway--but have been watching them recently as I collect them (still only have about 1/3 though).

I think so. I've watched all of the 8 seasons, every single episodes (except the 9th season, unfortunately). Because Papa Smurf and Grandpa Smurf seems have high regards for each other, I assumed Grandpa must be his father. Unless, of course, I could be wrong ^^;; seeing as how Smurfs don't seem to care if they are related to each other or not as long as they are happy being together, lol.
