Thanks to Papa Smurf, I was able to hear this Robot Chicken. I do agree that the voice is used for Brainy does sound like one of the actors that played his character, or at least a very good likeness of his voice.

(FYI - there were two actors that played Brainy in the series, not sure why though).

Hello Smurfs!

Yes, that is indeed the voice of Danny Goldman, one of the two Brainy Smurf actors. It is indeed absolutely he - his name is in the credits. He's the most "true" Brainy Smurf in my opinion.
