Sorry to disappoint you, Steven, but there is no printed comicbook version of "The Mansion Of Many Mirrors" in English. My adaptation actually comes from a 1992 German-published Smurf comic by Bastei, the story's title being "Das Schloss Der Tausend Spiegel" ("the house of a thousand mirrors"). There is also a German-published Smurf comic about the Smurflings, which I have in my possession but have not yet tried creating an adaptation of.

Vic. I'm sorry to hear that. You'd think that after all this time that would be something in the way of english translated material after the first intial ones in the Early 80's.

The only one I ever found was a Johann and Pewitt one called The Black Arrow a few years ago at The Virgin Megastore at Downtown Disney and that was by pure luck
of chance. Thanks for trying.

Steven

This seems like an opportune time to thank Vic for the fantastic work done on The Mansion of Many Mirrors.

And yes, Vic, I did get the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" joke.

I agree. Maybe a translation of The Smurflings will be in the works if Vic gets around to it.

Hi Vic,

I was just re-reading (for the 100th time) your masterful translation/interpretation of "Das Schloss Der Tausend Spiegel". Such vibrant colors in your scan; plus the story you created seems like it was meant to be in there from the start... Still brings a smile to my face!
