I can answer numere un.

I believe that the ep was "All the Smurf's a Stage" that he became Actor Smurf. The ep title is a Shakespeare ref.

There's also an ep called "Romeo and Smurfette", another ref to Shakey.

I don't know about Poet quoting Shakey. Vic George might know. He's smart... unlike me.
