I found a couple of smurf albums at value village today. Best if Friends The Smurfs and Father Abraham and The Smurfs.
I was just wondering who Father Abraham was or is???
On the cover there's a funny looking old man head, in the sky over the smurf village. It's not in great shape, and seemed kinda odd, but I bought it anyway... despite the fact I don't have a record player
Anyway... This Father Abraham looks kinda odd, I was just wondering who he was??

Hello Father Abraham is an old singer from the Netherlands. He wrote and performed the smurf songs (together with the smurfs) years back, he actually caused that the smurfs became really popular, and his records went worldwide...I think that must have been around the '80's. Nowadays he is still known for his smurfs songs overhere...and for many other songs as well. Farther Abraham is still very well known in Holland..he still writes many songs (also for some famous artists!).
