thanks lol no they seem to be in one of the smurf's houses.

Well it's not the exact same as this image, but this moment happens in the episode "The Golden Smurf Award". It's the scene when Smurfette calls for help as she is being chased by Hogatha's vulture, and Hefty leaps in and pushes her out of its way. Of course, this was set outside, at night, so although it's the same image, it isn't from the same episode (what that episode is is something I don't know). Remember that Hanna-Barbera used to re-use certain pieces of animation over and over again for their shows and just change the backgrounds.
