How about a villain named Gwynplaine, a character from the Victor Hugo novel/movie "The Man Who Laughs" -- a character that Batman creator Bob Kane used as a template for the Joker?

And how harmful to the Smurfs he could be? Considering his clown outfit, would he try to exploit them as circus attractions, like those evil ringmasters from the episodes "Sideshow Smurfs" and "Dancing Bear", for example? ![[Confused]](confused.gif)

Well, Squeaky. He only throws evil ice creams at the victims to trap them so Gargamel could get him. I know I got the character from a band named the Screamers but I decided to make the action for him to get the smurfs.

Therefore although he is actually called "Scuzzy The Death Cone Clown", for his Smurfs appearance, I will just call him "Scuzzy The Evil Cone Clown" seeing as it's at least a tad bit less violent.

Thanks for showing him De-Evolution Smurf he's good! He looks a bit scary but evil ice cream doesn't sound too bad. Gwynplaine is a good name Vic George!
