Receiving a landslide victory with 300 electoral college votes, Blue Party Candidate Sticky Smurf today was declared the 43rd President of the United States of America.

Running on a campaign of "Smurfy smurfiness smurfily for everysmurf", Sticky Smurf oozed his way to victory, despite heavy competition from Republican candidate Gargamel.

The Gargamel/Big Mouth ticket, whose party plaform of "Pure Evil and the Destruction of Those Vile Blue Smurfs. Ahahahahahahahahaha!" was criticized for being "too polarizing" by pundits, and "not being able to connect with the core Smurf vote".

The Sticky/Greedy campaign cost a total of 16 smurfberries, all of which were eaten by Greedy. Gargamel/Big Mouth spending rounds out at just under $200 Billion.

Gargamel has invited Sticky Smurf and all of the other Smurfs to his castle to concede his defeat, "and then I'll get you, I'll get all of you! Ahahahahah!"
