(Perhaps Brainy Smurf either is so absorbed in his book - probably it's that "Brainy Smurf's Quotations" notorious one - or then he needs new glasses...) I was watching an episode online called "Vanity's Wild Adventure", and there was a scene where Vanity had to sleep in a bird's nest during the rain. I really liked that part, so I tried to draw it too:

Cool Smurf Vanity looks so cute as usual. He's so vain!!!
Squeaky Smurf Carmen Miranda looks a-maz-ing!!!! You have done such a great job Squeaky! Her hat and the detail on her dress its all just the BEST!! Thanks for sharing! The video is great too

Very charming pics, Cool Smurf! Robin Vanity looks intrepid while Maid Smurfette acts in a loving way! And he's at his usual posture: admiring himself! Smurfette is so graceful - just the way we are used to seeing her! (What a difference of that nasty video...) I know it's late to Carnival pics, but I realized to post this one that I finished only now. Harlequin, Columbine and Pierrot - original characters in European comedy - got incorporated into Brazilian Carnival a long time ago. Here's an unfinished series I made a while back inspired by what is probably my favorite smurf episode "Once in a Blue Moon". I love the song at the end.
