OK, we all know that Farmer Smurf tends to the crops in the village.. BUT
What about chickens, eggs, meat etc?
Are the Smurfs vegans? Vegetarians?

I don't think I've ever seen the Smurfs eat meat, but I'm not sure. ![[Confused]](confused.gif)

In a few episodes, the Smurfs were seen having to get eggs from a nearby human farm somewhere.
For the most part, though, I think the Smurfs are vegetarians, because I rarely see them eat meat. That's why I have a problem trying to depict them around a Thanksgiving table or at a summer barbecue enjoying "burgers and dogs", though the latter can be potentially explained as the "burgers and dogs" being products of "mushroom meat", like we have soy dogs and veggie burgers.
