I'm not really sure if this is an actual episode or not, because I only saw it once on Cartoon Network a few years ago.

I think I know which episode you're talking about... it was called "The Smurfbox Derby" from the 1984-1985 season.
I don't have the episode on hand to get a screenshot for you, but I do have an animation cel from that episode. It pictures Clumsy Smurf with his car. All of the other Smurfs had cars with wheels that could drive, but poor Clumsy had the Fred Flintstone model!

The only thing I remember about Vanity's particular car is that it had a lot of mirrors on it!!! hehehe... I really liked that episode!

At least Fred Flintstone's car had wheels. Clumsy's car could sure use some.

Figures he would have a Rolls Royce-type car with a Vanity (no pun intended) figure as the hood ornament.
