lets say gargamel somehow turned clockwork smurf evil. could hefty take him? i know hefty is "the strongest in the village" and all, but clockwork would be influenced by evil. no pity from him, then.
and i know that papa smurf would probably jump in and turn clockwork good again, but lets just says he's off somewhere. so whats your choice? i realize this is all trivial, but explain your descision, please!

This is a very interesting question indeed.
Ok, if Gargamel was smart enough to change Clockwork Smurf's programing to evil, then indeed Hefty would more likely play the 'destraction' while Handy (the creator of Clockwork) would sneak up behind the android smurf and shut him down.
If Clockwork was changed by magic, then that would be different. Say if Papa Smurf did happen to leave the village and the smurfs were on their own, then it would be one heck of a fight for poor Hefty....With the right kind of weapon, Hefty might stand a chance.

Raven Child has a point. Hefty would have to best Clockwork Smurf using brains where his own brute strength (even alone) wouldn't work.

I think Evil Clockwork would win over Hefty purely because he wouldn't show any mercy.

Hefty would win hands down because clockwork would have to be wound up.
Clockwork can't run forever. BTW I love this site I'm going to live here.
