Synopsis: Nine year-old Corey is worried about her older brother, Michael. He's using drugs and stole her piggy bank to buy some more. TV's popular cartoon characters (including Papa Smurf, Smurfette and Brainy Smurf) and a host of other animated all-stars (like The Chimpmunks, Alf, Garfield, Winnie the Pooh, Bugs Bunny and more) leap into action to help turn Michael from the perils of drug-abuse while proving that there's a smarter way to go.
