This guide helped the cartoonists keep all of the Smurfs looking consistent throughout the television show. The Smurfs Model Sheet reads, "Basic Smurfs - Standard Size".

The Smurfs Model Sheet. This model sheet shows the standard size for Gargamel, Azrael, Scruple and The Smurfs. It includes the Smurflings too! This reference guide was used by studio cartoonists who worked on the Hanna Barbera production of The Smurfs. From left to right: Azreal (cat), Gargamel, Scruple, Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Smurf, Baby Smurf, Snappy, Sassette, Slouchy, Nat and Puppy. Dated 1989.
