The first Malteser Smurf (based on 2.0054 First Aid Smurf) carries a silver case that shows a red cross and reads, "Malteser". Only 5000 of these Malteser Smurfs were produced! The other Malteser Smurfs include: Maltese Aid Service (based on 2.0437 Nurse Smurfette), Malteser Jugend (based on 2.0437 Techno Smurf) and Accident Assistance (based on 2.0054 First Aid Smurf - white case).
